Refund policy
VitaAlgae offers all customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee within thirty (30) days. If a customer has purchased a product or service and is not satisfied, they may request a refund from their distributor.
Return process
- All returns must be completed as follows:
- To initiate a return, you must send an email to contact@ennudrink.com
- Ship the items to the address provided by customer service once your return authorization has been approved.
- Please include a copy of the invoice with the returned products or services. The invoice must reference the return authorization and include the reason for the return.
- Return the product in the manufacturer’s packaging exactly as it was delivered.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid, as the company does not accept shipments sent collect. If the returned product is not received at the company’s distribution center, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment, and no credit will be issued.
