Shipping policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at VitaAlgae. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Shipping processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

VitaAlgae does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties and taxes

VitaAlgae is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If your item arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at contact@ennudrink.com. We will resolve the issue. For damaged or defective products, please return them to us and we will send you a replacement item.
