Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the duration and frequency you selected when placing your order.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel your subscription.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available. We may either not charge you at checkout or collect a partial deposit, store your payment method, and process full or remaining payment at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
Try before you buy
When you order an item under a try-before-you-buy offer, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You are given a set period to decide whether to keep the item. If the item is not returned within this period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
